By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
The service is available to individual consumers and professional customers.
SERVICE PROVIDER
24H Mastering is an online mastering service operated by Emmanuel Marcoux / Audio Linea Studio.
MASTERING SERVICE
24H Mastering provides professional stereo audio mastering performed by a human mastering engineer.
Each order covers the mastering of one stereo audio track.
The service includes an initial assessment of the submitted mix, individual mastering processing and delivery of the completed master.
The engineer may use analogue equipment, digital processing or a combination of both according to the requirements of the music.
The service does not include multitrack mixing, arrangement, recording, production or correction of individual instruments and vocals.
ORDERS
Orders are placed through the online order form available on the website.
The customer must provide accurate contact information, upload the audio file to be mastered and supply any information necessary to complete the service.
An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully completed and the order information has been received.
Each order concerns one track only. Customers wishing to master several tracks must place separate orders.
AUDIO FILES
Customers are requested to provide a stereo mix in WAV or AIFF format, preferably at the original sample rate and bit depth used during production.
The submitted file must be complete, readable and suitable for mastering.
Customers should avoid unwanted digital clipping and remove loudness limiting used solely to increase playback volume.
Mix bus processing that forms an intentional part of the sound may be retained.
If the file presents a technical or musical issue that prevents satisfactory mastering, the engineer may request a corrected version before beginning the service.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
The price of the service is €59 per stereo track.
The total price is displayed before the customer confirms the order.
Payment is required in full before the mastering service begins.
Payments are processed through PayPal. The customer may be subject to the payment provider's own terms and conditions.

Each request will be reviewed individually.
Corrections required to remedy a demonstrated failure to provide the agreed service will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
Requests involving a new mix version, substantial changes to the original material or additional artistic processing may require a separate agreement.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Consumers entering into a distance contract generally benefit from a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to the exceptions provided by applicable law.
Because 24H Mastering is designed to deliver services within 24 hours, the customer is asked during checkout to expressly request that performance of the service begins before the end of the statutory withdrawal period.
